Mezie is said to be in need of financial assistance of 10 million naira for an immediate kidney transplant abroad.According to Nigeriafilm.com, the sickness has gotten to an advance stage even though he has been funding his own treatment for some time now but cannot afford the N10 million medical bill for the transplant that may end his woes.
Mezie who joined Nollywood in 2006, became popular after his role in the 2003 movie “Labista.”
He hails from Umuahia in Abia State, Nigeria, and is happily married to his wife Maureen Mezie.
