PORT HARCOURT— CARETAKER Committee Chairman, Gokhana Local Government Area, Rivers State, Mr Monday Dumiye has condemned Monday’s killing of four persons in a communal clash between Deken and Deyor communities in his council. The chairman who spoke, yesterday, enjoined security operatives to step up their activities in the council, saying it will help guarantee safety of lives and property. Appealing to residents of the various communities to pursue peace, the council boss tasked traditional rulers to assist move by government to achieve enduring peace in all parts of the council.
