Nigeria's army confirmed today that a girl rescued in a Boko Haram enclave in the Northeast is one of 219 abducted from their school in chibok more than two years ago.Army spokesman Colonei Sani Usman said in a statement ''this is to confirm that one of the abducted chibok school girls...... was among rescued by our troops''.The girl was found in Baale, near the town of Damboa southwest of Borno state capital,Maiduguri . community leaders said she was found on tuesday night and was brought to meet her mother who recognised her , in the town of Mbalala near chibok before being taken to a Military base in Damboa.
The villagers vigilante took her to her school vice -principal who confirmed her name immediately identified her as Aisha Ali. which is in her name in the school register.
In addition to that Tsambido Hosea Abana said the teenager appeared to have given birth while in captivity while Abana said she has told family others kidnapped girls in the forest
, '' six was already dead''. Amina Ali rescued has raises hopes for 218 held by BOKO HARAM.
